We first worked with Tim when he we needed to work on our branding having become a Children’s Centre. We were extremely impressed with his creative design skills and by his ability to portray our aims and ethos in the finished products. Tim put a lot of time and effort into getting to know us and our setting and this has been reflected in everything he has produced for us. That is why, when we needed a new website we asked Tim to design it for us.

As a company, On the Level have been extremely accommodating with both listening to our suggestions and introducing us to new ideas. They made the whole process extremely straightforward from our initial conversations to the launch. Our new website is of the highest professional standard, very user friendly and at the same time can be kept up to date with very little time needed from us. This was the task we set and On the Level have certainly delivered.

We have found them to be extremely tolerant and patient of everyday “school life” and the demands that has on our time meaning they are sometimes left waiting for a few days for us to respond to them whilst they are always ready with an immediate response when we call.
